So so  
The strap is somewhat comfortable but it doesnt hold my mouth closed very well. My mouth was open just a crack but it was still enough to wake me up. Ive also used it maybe a week and the threading down the center of the chin piece is coming lose. Additionally this threading is irritating on my chin even though I have a beard. I cant imagine how uncomfortable it would be without a beard.

Not bad stretches out a bit.  
I use it to keep my mouth closed while attached to my
sleep apnea machine (its proper purpose as another
reviewer has noted).

It survives machine washing (on delicate) once every week or so
and hang dry (I just lay it out on my bed to let it dry).

After about four months it stretched out almost to where the velcro
is no longer in the right place to give me the tension I need.

I ordered a second one so when the first one no longer works
I dont have to suffer from lack of sleep for a few nights.

It occurs to me that two of them together would probably give me
all the tension I need with a much longer life since they will
each be doing half the work if I adjust them properly.

Price is great so is Amazon prime. :-)

Doesnt work  
I have sleep apnea and I use a CPAP. My mouth always comes open when I sleep. I have a chin strap but it has gotten a little stretched so I decided to replace it. I purchased this one because I liked the placement of the Velcro. I was very disappointed in the product. The material is lighter and thinner than my other strap. It does not keep my mouth closed. It is listed as one size fits all on the Amazon web page but the package says that it is an XL. After I tried it the first time and it didnt work I decided to machine wash it because the instructions say machine washing and drying will cause shrinkage. It didnt shrink and it still did not work. I recommend the Puresom Ruby Adjustable CPAP Chin Strap. That is one I was going to replace. I guess Ill use it till it absolutely wears out. Then Ill replace it.
